On May 6th at approximately 2:33p.m. Hannibal Police Officers responded to a traffic accident at the intersection of MO 79 and Center Street involving a vehicle and a non-motorized scooter. An 11 year old male juvenile was stuck and pinned under the vehicle. He was extracted by the Hannibal Fire Department then transported by Marion County Ambulance to Survival Flight. The incident remains under investigation.
