On Thursday, March 14th, the 10th Judicial District of Marion County issued a warrant for Isaac Sapp, 39 of Hannibal charging him with Trafficking Drugs. The charges stem from an investigation conducted by the Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad (ACES) which lead to a search warrant that was executed on Wednesday, March 13th, in the 1800 block of Grace. During the search a substance believed to be Fentanyl was located along with a scale and other items commonly used with trafficking narcotics. Sapp’s bond was set at $100,000.00 cash only and he remains in the Marion County Jail.
A criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
