On Wednesday afternoon, Hannibal Police Department detectives went to a residence in the 200 block of S 10th to contact Latrisha McMillen (36 of Hannibal) regarding her involvement in the arrests made Tuesday night in the 900 block of Lyon St. McMillen gave consent to search her residence and officers located methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. McMillen and Angela L Fisher (41 of Kansas City MO) were arrested and placed on 24 hour holds at the Marion County Jail. On Thursday (Oct 6th) warrants were issued by the 10th Judicial Circuit Court charging both Fisher and McMillen with the Class C Felony of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Their bonds were set at $25,000.00. Both remain in the Marion County Jail.
