On January 27th, Hannibal Police Department Detectives arrested Andrew Crook (32) of Hannibal and Deanna L. Lange (49) of Barry IL on warrants issued by the 10th Judicial Circuit Court charging both subjects with Sodomy 1st Degree. The arrests stem from an investigation, conducted by HPD detectives, of sexual abuse of two juveniles, ages 9 and 10 years old. Both Lange and Crook are in the Marion County Jail with bonds set at $100,000.00 cash only.
