The victim of this incident, identified as Billy R Williams 45 years old of Hannibal, has been declared deceased related to this shooting incident. The Hannibal Police Department is asking for help with the whereabouts of the suspect, Corey L. Cobb, a 26 year old male from Hannibal. A warrant in the amount of $1,000,000 CASH ONLY has been issued for Corey L. Cobb for 2nd Degree Murder by the Marion County 10th Judicial Circuit Court. On Thursday June 4th at approximately 9:17pm Hannibal Police were dispatched to the 2100 block of Gordon for a shooting. Upon arrival officers located a 45 year old male who had been shot. The male was transported by the Marion County Ambulance to Hannibal Regional Hospital. This appears to be an isolated incident with no danger to the general public. The investigation is ongoing and more information will be released as deemed appropriate.
