On Thursday, 05/11/2017 at 5:17 p.m. Hannibal Detectives took Jason McCullough into custody for a sex offense involving a child. McCullough was transported to the Marion County Jail and placed on a 24 hour hold.
On Friday, 05/12/2017 a warrant was issued by the 10th Judicial Circuit Court. McCullough is charged with one (1) count of statutory sodomy in the first degree. Bond is set at $50,000 cash only. McCullough remains in the Marion County Jail.
