On March 5, 2020 at approximately 8:38pm Hannibal Police officers were dispatched to the intersection of Pleasant and Roosevelt for a one vehicle traffic crash. Officers determined the passenger car, which was traveling west on Pleasant, left the roadway and struck a utility pole. The vehicle then overturned and came to rest on its top in the roadway. The driver, a 64 year old Hannibal man, was treated on scene for minor injuries. Hannibal Police were assisted by Hannibal Fire Department, Marion County Ambulance, and Hannibal Board of Public Works.
