Officers of the Hannibal Police Department were called to 3650 Stardust for an intoxicated female lying in the aisle. When they arrived they found 42 year old Laura M. Bell of Perry, Mo lying on her back. Officers discovered Bell had an outstanding Montgomery County warrant and she was placed under arrest. Bell requested to use the restroom and when officers escorted her there, she attempted to hide capsules containing what is believed to be Heroin. Bell was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and the $1000.00 cash only Montgomery County warrant. Bell was released to the Marion County Jail.
