July 1st Hannibal Cannibal Parking Restrictions

The Hannibal Police Department would like to inform the public of the parking restrictions for the Hannibal Cannibal on July 1^st. There will be no parking along the course routes starting at 02:00 a.m. the morning of July 1^st to the conclusion of the Cannibal. Officers will be contacting businesses along the Cannibal route the evening of June 30^th  informing them of the parking restrictions. Any vehicle found parked along the route, 2 hours prior to the event, may be subject to tow. The Hannibal Police Department is looking for the public’s cooperation in this matter.
