42nd Annual Hannibal Police Children’s Halloween Event
On Monday October 31st (Halloween) the Hannibal Police Department (HPD) will be hosting the 42nd Annual HPD Children’s Halloween Event at the Admiral Coontz Armory located at 301 Warren Barrett Drive from 5 pm – 8 pm. The event provides a safe place for children to celebrate the Halloween holiday. Children from newborns to 12 years of age can walk the haunted trail, enjoy hotdogs, popcorn, and candy. Children can enter a drawing for prizes or have additional chances to win by taking part in spontaneous dance offs. The Hannibal Police Department has hosted the Children’s Halloween Party for over 40 years with the generous support of the public and local businesses.
