HPD ACES Serve Three Search Warrants

The Hannibal Police Department’s Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad (ACES) executed three search warrants starting with one on Tuesday January 14^th, and two on Wednesday January 15^th. As a result of the search warrants substances believed to be methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, along with a large amount of currency was seized. Six people were taken into custody as a result of the operations.

 

On Tuesday 01/14/2020, a search warrant was served at 1323 Vesper. The following subjects were taken into custody:

 

John J. Vogel IV (34) of Hannibal:

1. Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)
   1. Marion County Warrant Issued, bond $50,000 cash only.
2. Hannibal Municipal Warrant for Contempt of Court
3. Probation and Parole Detainer
4. Possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) (summons issued)
5. Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia (summons issued)

 

Nichole M. Vogel (35) of Hannibal:

1. Possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine)
   1. Marion County Warrant Issued, bond $50,000 cash only.
2. Possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) (summons issued)
3. Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia (summons issued)
4. Marion County Probation Warrant bond $20,000 cash only.

 

Clifford T. Icke (39) of Hannibal:

1. Possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine)
   1. Marion County Warrant Issued, bond $50,000 cash only.
2. (2) Marion County Warrants for non-support total bond $5,000 cash only.
3. Hannibal Municipal Warrant for Contempt of Court
4. Possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) (summons issued)
5. Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia (summons issued)

 

On Wednesday 01/15/2020, a search warrant was served at 225 Division Street. The following subjects were taken into custody:

 

Walter S. McFall (34) of Hannibal:

1. Possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine) (pending application of warrant)
2. Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia (pending application of warrant)
3. Ralls County Probation Violation Warrant, bond  $20,000 cash only
4. Marion County Probation Violation Warrant, bond  $20,000 cash only
5. Marion County Probation Violation Warrant, bond  $20,000 cash only
6. Marion County Probation Violation Warrant, bond  $20,000 cash only

 

Amber A. Snyder (27) of Hannibal:

1. Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia (released pending application of warrant)
2. Hannibal Municipal Warrant for Stealing (released on bond)

 

On Wednesday 01/15/2020, a search warrant was served at 1300 Union Street. The following subject was taken into custody:

Tina L. Smith (41) of Hannibal:

1. Possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) (pending application of warrant)
2. Unlawful use of drug paraphernalia (pending application of warrant)
3. Marion County Probation Violation Warrant, bond set $20,000 cash only.
4. Ralls County Probation Violation Warrant, bond set at $20,000 cash only.
