On Wednesday 08/24/2016 Hannibal Police Officers assigned to the Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad (ACES), acting on information they had received from concerned citizens, were investigating prostitution in the 4000 block of Market. Officers contacted, Christina Ratliff (37) of Hannibal, and Tiffany Reeves (26) of Hannibal, at a local hotel. During the course of the investigation Ratliff was arrested for prostitution, and promoting prostitution. Reeves was arrested for prostitution and a probation violation warrant. Ratliff was released pending prosecutor review and Reeves was transported to the Marion County Jail on the probation warrant. Hannibal Officers were assisted by the Eastern Missouri Human Trafficking Task Force.
