As a result of the ongoing efforts of the Hannibal Police Departments Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad (ACES) to combat distribution of illegal narcotics in Hannibal, 37 year old Laurie A Manuel, of Hannibal, was arrested on a warrant issued by the 10th Judicial Circuit Court. The warrant charges Manuel with the Class A Felony of Distribution of Controlled Substance Near a School (meth). Manuel’s bond was set at $100,000.00. Manuel remains in the Marion County Jail.
