On Thursday 08/10/2017, Hannibal Police Officers assigned to the Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad (ACES), executed a search warrant in the 800 block of Hayward Street. During the course of the search warrant a substance was located which is believed to be methamphetamine. A female resident, Deanna Motley (47) of Hannibal was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, and a probation and parole warrant. Another occupant of the residence, Lauren Phillips (31) of Hannibal was arrested on a municipal warrant. Phillips posted bond, and Motley was transported to the Marion County Jail. The building inspector’s office was contacted and the house was marked due to the positive test for methamphetamine.
