On Wednesday, May 5th, a narcotics arrest warrant was served on Jeremy W Worrell, 37 of Hannibal, charging him with the Class B Felony of Manufacturing a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine). The warrant was the result of an investigation conducted by the Hannibal Police Departments Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad (ACES), which resulted in a search warrant on Worrells residence in the 900 block of Park Ave. on December 22, 2015. Worrell is in the Marion County Jail with a bond of $100,000.00 cash only.
