Officers of the Hannibal Police Department Narcotics Unit executed a narcotics search warrant in the 900 block of Church St. Friday morning. During the course of the search, officers located substances believed to be marijuana and Heroin. They also located several items commonly used in the packaging and distribution of illegal narcotics and several items of drug paraphernalia. 43 year old Terry L. Beadle, of Hannibal, was arrested and charged with Manufacturing and Distribution of a Controlled Substance. Beadle was placed on a 24 hour hold in the Pike County Jail, pending warrants.
