A warrant was issued Thursday (09/29/2011) in the 10th Judicial Circuit Court on Nicolas L. Fogle. The warrant charges Fogle with a Class C Felony of Possession of Controlled Substance. Bond was set at $25,000.00.

Wednesday morning at approximately 10:11 a.m. officers of the Hannibal Police Department were called to the 700 block of S. Arch to assist the Department of Family Services due to a report of illegal drugs possibly being in a residence with children. After a consensual search of the residence, officers located what is believed to be marijuana, drug paraphernalia and items used in the packaging and distribution of illegal narcotics. 25 year old Nicholas L. Fogle, of Hannibal, was arrested and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Manufacturing and Delivering a Controlled Substance. Fogle was placed on a 24 hour hold at the Marion County Jail pending warrants.
A criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
