Woman Arrested for Trafficking Drugs
On Thursday, January 12th 2023 a warrant was issued in the 10th Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County charging Erica R. Sydnor (35) with Trafficking Drugs in the 1st Degree. The charges are a result of an investigation by officers assigned to the Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad (ACES) regarding the sale of fentanyl. On Wednesday a search warrant was executed in the 2100 block of Hope Street and a substance believed to be fentanyl was recovered. Sydnor was arrested as a result of the investigation and placed on a 24 hour hold. Sydnor remains lodged in the Marion County Jail on $100,000 cash only bond.
