On Wednesday, October 23rd the Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad (ACES) arrested Kellen Allison, 35 of Hannibal. After an ongoing narcotics investigation the ACES obtained an arrest warrant for Allison for Delivery of a Controlled Substance (heroin). Allison had an additional warrant for charges stemming from another incident involving Hannibal officers. From that incident Allison was charged with two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance (heroin and Alprazolam) Tampering with Physical Evidence, and Resisting/Interfering with Arrest. Allison’s bond for each warrant is $100,000. Allison was taken to the Marion County Jail.
