On Tuesday evening at approximately 8:20 p.m. officers of the Hannibal Police Department were called to the 100 block of N 3rd St regarding a man on the ground. When officers arrived, they located a 65 year old Hannibal man deceased. At this time, there appears to be no signs of foul play regarding his death. This incident is still under investigation and more information will be released if appropriate.
