On Tuesday afternoon, Officers of the Hannibal Police Department Narcotics Unit served an arrest warrant on 54 year old Christopher J. Harris of Hannibal for Distribution of a Controlled Substance. The arrest warrant is the result of a continuing investigation of the distribution of illegal narcotics within the city of Hannibal and two recent search warrants executed April 22nd. Harris is being held at the Marion County Jail with the bond set at $100,000.00 cash only.
