Arrests for Methadone Pills (Prescription) Distribution and Heroin Possession

A total of 2 suspects were arrested by Hannibal officers Friday June 28th resulting from investigations conducted by detectives assigned to the Hannibal Police Department’s Narcotic Investigations Unit.  Those arrested are as follows:

Robert E. Fogle, Jr., 51, of Hannibal

Charged with the Distribution/Delivery/Sale of a controlled substance (Prescription Methadone Pills)
Warrant was issued in the 10^th Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County
Bond was set at $100,000 cash only
Warrant issued: 06/29/13

Chad E. Brooks, 26, of Hannibal

Charged with Possession of a controlled substance (Heroin)
Warrant was issued in the 10^th Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County
Bond was set at $50,000 cash only
Warrant issued: 06/29/13

All the above listed suspects are currently being held at the Marion County Sheriff Department.
