On Wednesday afternoon, Officers of the Hannibal Police Department Narcotics Unit served an arrest warrant on 20 year old DaMark L. Rudd of Hannibal, for Distribution of a Controlled Substance. The arrest warrant is the result of an investigation of the distribution of illegal narcotics within the city of Hannibal. Rudd is being held at the Marion County Jail with the bond set at $100,000.00 cash only.
