On Tuesday June 30th at approximately 11:06 a.m. officers with the Hannibal Police Department were dispatched to the 4000 block of Market for suspicious activity. Upon arrival officers made contact with two subjects in a hotel room. Rondell L. Sims, 23 years of age from Granger, Indiana, gave officers multiple blank credit cards. Officers took Sims and another male from Indianapolis, Indiana into custody. A search warrant was executed and devices for making fictitious credit cards were located. Sims and the other male were taken to the police department for questioning. Sims was taken to the Marion County Jail and placed on a twenty four hour hold pending charges. The other male was released. On Wednesday July 1st  the 10th Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County issued a warrant for Sims. Sims is charged with Possession of a Forging Instrument. His bond is set at $10,000.00 cash or surety. He remains in the Marion County Jail.
