On Wednesday, December 10th, Officers of the Hannibal Police Department responded to a report of a robbery at a residence in the 2200 block of Hope St. When officers arrived, they learned four male suspects entered the victims residence. One suspect brandished a firearm and struck the victim in the head with the weapon. The suspects then forcibly removed items from the house and fled the scene. The victim suffered only minor injuries. On December 12th, Hannibal Police Department officers identified and arrested three adult suspects and one juvenile suspect involved in the robbery. The adult suspects are identified as 21 year old Devonte D. Hickman, 17 year old Kenny F. Lumpford and 17 year old Vashaun M. Dorsey, all of Hannibal. The juvenile suspect is a 14 year old male, also of Hannibal. On December 12th, the Circuit Court of Marion County issued warrants on the 3 adult suspects, charging them with Robbery 1st Degree and Armed Criminal Action. Their bond was set at $100,000.00 cash only. All 3 adults remain in the Marion County Jail. The juvenile suspect was released to the Juvenile Justice Center.
