On Saturday evening, February 13th, officers of the Hannibal Police Department were called to the Hannibal Inn at 4141 Market St. in regards to a subject with a possible warrant. When officers arrived they contacted Kelly D Adams, 29, of Plainville IL, Rodney C Harvey, 26, of Quincy IL and Gregory N Flowers, 24, of Hannibal. Adams was arrested on 3 Pike County IL felony warrants and 1 Adams County IL felony warrant. He was also arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Manufacturing of a Controlled Substance and Interfering with Arrest. Flowers was arrested on a Ralls County Stealing Warrant, a Marion County Probation warrant, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Manufacturing a Controlled Substance. Harvey was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Mind Altering Substance. Kelly and Flowers were released to the Marion County Jail. Harvey was released pending warrants.
