Three Hannibal subjects have been arrested on charges of 2nd Degree Property Damage. The charges stem from an investigation which began on April 5th of this year, when Parks and Recreation workers reported property being spray painted throughout the City Parks. Two of the subjects, 20 year old Michael J. Flowerree and 18 year old Troy N. Rojas were served warrants and released on $1000.00 bond. 17 year old Christian R. Smotheres was released on a summons. Property Damage 2nd Degree is a Class B misdemeanor punishable with up to six months confinement in the County Jail or fine of up to $500.00 or combination of fine and jail sentence within that range.
