The Hannibal Police Department is in preparations for the 33rd Annual Children’s Halloween Party. We are actively attempting to raise funds to provide another successful event. It has been the goal of the Hannibal Police Department for the last 33 years to provide a safe alternative for children on Halloween night. The party is provided free of charge to the children of the community, and features candy, hotdogs and soda for the children as well as games and prizes. Popular features of the annual party are the costume contest and the haunted tent. The party is always funded entirely from donations from the community and supported by volunteers setting up and working the party. If you wish to donate to the Hannibal Police Department Children’s Halloween Party you may do so by mailing or dropping off the donation to the Hannibal Police Department.
