Officers with the Hannibal Police Department Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad (ACES) have arrested 2 Hannibal residents, Ricky L Lucius (32) and Tyree M White (32) on warrants issued by the 10th Judicial Court of Marion County. The warrants are a result of separate investigations, by the Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad, into illegal distribution of methamphetamine. The warrants charge both subjects with the Class B Felony of Distribution of a Controlled Substance. Both suspects remain in the Marion County Jail with bonds set at $100,000.00 cash only.
