On Saturday, June 20th, the Circuit court of Marion County issued a warrant on 27 year old Eric S. Pulsifer, of Hannibal, charging him with 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance. The charges stem from a June 17th incident in which officers of the Hannibal Police Department arrested Pulsifer on an exparte violation and located drug paraphernalia and substances believed to be methamphetamine during a search of his person. Pulsifers bond was set at $50, 00.00 cash only. Pulsifer remains the Marion County Jail.
