On Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at around 1651 hours officers of the Hannibal Police Department responded to the area of Fulton Ave. near Helm St. in response to a report of a one vehicle rollover traffic crash with injury.  An investigation revealed a 1995 Chevrolet pickup, driven by a 52 year old Hannibal man, was traveling north on Fulton Ave. when it drove off the roadway losing control and causing the pickup to rollover.  The passenger, a 47 year old Hannibal man, was ejected from the vehicle.  The driver was extricated by Hannibal Fire personnel.  The driver and the passenger were both transported to University Hospital with the assistance of Air Evac and Survival Flight helicopters. The Hannibal Police Department was assisted by the Hannibal Fire Department, Marion County Ambulance personnel, Ralls County Sheriff’s Dept., Air Evac and Survival Flight. This traffic crash remains under investigation.
