On Thursday, 10/19/2016, Hannibal Police Officers assigned to the Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad (ACES) executed a search warrant at 803 Walnut in Hannibal Missouri. During the course of the search, officers located methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and two firearms. The following subjects were arrested at the home:
Robert L Duke (31) of Hannibal, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Lindsay J Richardson (32) of Hannibal, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Gregory C Horton (30) of Hannibal, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, endangering the welfare of a child, and felon in possession of a firearm.
Nicolle D Turcotte (23) of Hannibal, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, and endangering the welfare of a child.
A four year old child was located in the residence and was taken into protective custody.
All four subjects were released pending review by the Marion County Prosecutor.
The Hannibal Police Department was assisted by the Monroe City Police Department K9 Unit, and the Missouri Children’s Division.
