Officers of the Hannibal Police Department Narcotics Unit along with Missouri Highway Patrol served a felony warrant issued by the 10th Judicial Circuit Court in Marion County. The warrant was issued on Jeffrey Scott Elliott (23 years old) of Hannibal for Distribution/Deliver/Manufacture/Produce a controlled substance (B felony) bond set at $100.000 cash only. Elliott was released to the custody of the Marion County Sheriff’s Department.
