A.C.E.S. Serve Search Warrant
On Thursday November 19th 2020, Hannibal Police detectives assigned to the Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad (ACES) and officers with the Special Response Team (SRT) executed a search warrant in the 1400 block of Vesper. As a result of the investigation the following subjects were arrested:
- Jose L Flores (53) of Hannibal: possession of a controlled substance believed to be methamphetamine and two counts of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
- Steven R Treaster (51) of Hannibal: possession of a controlled substance believed to be methamphetamine and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
- Laila D Ritter (27) of Hannibal: possession of a controlled substance believed to be fentanyl and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
- Jeremy L Rickey (40) of Hannibal: Ralls County Probation Violation warrant ($20,000 cash only), City of O’Fallon Warrant for possession of a controlled substance ($500 cash only), St. Charles County Probation Violation warrant ($10,000 cash only), Lincoln County warrant for failure to appear ($5,000 cash only).
Flores, Treaster, and Ritter were released pending review by the Marion County Prosecuting Attorney. Rickey was transported to the Marion County Jail on the outstanding warrants.
Assisting the A.C.E.S. with the search warrant was the Palmyra Police Department.
