Officers of the Hannibal Police Department Narcotics Unit along with the Special Response Team executed a narcotics search warrant Wednesday (01/16/13) night in the 700 block of Lyon St. Two subjects, 29 year old Jamie D. DeBary and 35 year old Jason D. Anderson, both of Hannibal, were arrested and charged with Manufacturing and Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Substances believed to be Heroin and Crack Cocaine were located during the search of the residence. Also located were several items of paraphernalia and items commonly used in the manufacture and distribution of illegal narcotics. Both DeBary and Anderson were placed on 24 hour holds at the Marion County Jail. On January 17, a warrant was issued in the 10th Judicial Circuit Court charging DeBary with Distribution, Delivery and Manufacturing of a Controlled Substance. Bond was set at $100,000.00 cash only. DeBary remains in the Marion County Jail. Anderson remains in the Marion County Jail on a Parole Violation warrant.
