Detectives assigned to the Hannibal Police Department Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant on a residence in the 500 block of Rock St, Thursday (03/20/14) morning. During the course of the search substances believed to be crack cocaine and marijuana were located. Arrested at the residence were 30 year old Louetta M. Dorsey, of Hannibal, and 22 year old Earl V. Fullenwider of Iowa. Fullenwider originally gave officers a false name. Officers later discovered who he was and that he had an active parole warrant for Aggravated Assault out of Illnois and an active warrant out of Iowa for Robbery 1st Degree with a firearm. Both Dorsey and Fullenwider were charged with Manufacturing and Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Along with the active warrants, Fullenwider was also charged with Interfering for giving a false name. Both suspects were placed in the Marion County Jail pending warrants.
