12:21 a.m. Thursday morning (09/20/12), Officers of the Hannibal Police Department were investigating a report of possible drug sales in the 900 block of Church St. When the officers arrived, they saw two men walking away from the residence and attempted to make contact with them. Both subjects, 28 year old Jack R. Finney, of Hannibal and 49 year old Robert L. Ledbetter of Center, Mo fled from the officers. After a short foot pursuit, both subjects were apprehended and arrested without incident. Both Finney and Ledbetter were charged with Interfering. Ledbetter also had an active Municipal warrant for stealing and was placed in the Marion County Jail, due to being unable to post the $750.00 cash only bond.
