The BPW transformers recently reported stolen from 109 Virginia have been located and recovered. Detectives of the Hannibal Police Department, with the assistance of the Northeast Missouri Drug Task Force, located the transformers outside Hannibal City limits, on private property, in rural Ralls County. No arrests have been made thus far and the investigation regarding the transformers removal from the former St. Elizabeth Hospital continues.
