On Monday, September 12, 2016 at 4:17 pm, members of the Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad unit with the Hannibal Police Department stopped a vehicle in the 1200 block of Broadway. During the stop, 59 year old Thomas C. Darnell of Hannibal, MO; 38 year old Travis L McClain of Perry, MO; and 37 year old Greta A Hager of Hannibal, MO were found to be in possession of Methamphetamine Paraphernalia. Greta was also found to be in possession of other paraphernalia and marijuana. The three were arrested and later released pending review with the Marion County Prosecuting Attorney.
