On June 2nd, 2020 at about 7:45 P.M. Officers of the Hannibal Police Department responded to the area of Clark Ave and S Arch St in reference to a traffic crash where the driver struck a juvenile in the area riding a bicycle. An investigation of the crash reveled 19 year old Perry MO man was driving east on Clark Ave approaching S Arch St when a uvenile entered the street on the bicycle from S Arch St. Driver of the vehicle stated he as unable to avoid striking the bicycle with juvenile resulting in an injury to the juveniles left leg. The juvenile was taken to Hannibal Regional Hospital for care of the injury.
