Officers of the Hannibal Police Department were called Sunday night, to the 2100 block of Irwin in regards to a strong chemical smell coming from a residence. Officers made contact with 24 year old Cuda L. Dodd, 23 year old BreeAnna K. Carver and 45 year old Marsha M. Fogle, all of Hannibal. After receiving consent to search the residence, officers’ located items commonly used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine, a substance believed to be methamphetamine and items of drug paraphernalia. Dodd was arrested and charged with Manufacturing a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Carver and Fogle were arrested and charged with Manufacturing a Controlled Substance. All three suspects were released to the Marion County Jail and 24 hour holds.

A criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
