A warrant was issued for Terron B. Saltzman charging him with Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. His bond was set at $100,000.00 cash only. Saltzman remains in the Marion County Jail.

On Friday at approximately 1:50 a.m. officers with the Hannibal Police Department observed activity in the 1000 block of Bird consistent with the sale of illegal narcotics. Officers observed a vehicle leave the area then quickly return to the 1300 block of Bird. Contact was made with the occupants, Terron B. Saltzman, 22 of Hannibal, Noah J Harrell, 20 of Hannibal, and Hannah R. York, 20 of Hannibal. What was believed to be illegal narcotics were seen inside the vehicle in plain view. All three subjects were arrested. Upon search of the vehicle officers located three firearms and a large amount of methamphetamine, prescription pills, and marijuana. Saltzman was taken to the Marion County Jail and placed on a twenty-four hour hold pending charges. Harrell and York were questioned and released pending charges.
