On Monday, Feb. 1st, detectives with the Hannibal Police Department Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad (ACES) arrested 31 year old Terry T. Williams of St. Louis and formerly of Hannibal. Williams was arrested after an investigation of his alleged selling of Cocaine. Williams was placed on a 24 hour hold at the Marion County Jail pending a warrant.
