Officers of the Hannibal Police Department arrested 4 juveniles and 1 adult, March 1st, for property damage. The suspects were involved in alleged orchestrated events in which they removed containers of milk or other liquid products from store shelves. They then purposely fell, causing the containers to break on the floor. These orchestrated events were videotaped by the suspects and posted to internet sites, such as YouTube. There has been (4) stores victimized locally, (3) have pressed charges, thus far. The Hannibal Police Department would like to make all retail establishments aware of these incidents and encourage them to report such incidents to Law Enforcement.
