A short time later, officers located the vehicle on Broadway at Hwy 79 and stopped it. As the officer approached the vehicle, an occupant exited and fled on foot. The subject, Jaron W Richards (19 of New London, Mo) was apprehended a short distance from the vehicle by another responding officer.
