SIDE BY SIDES PROHIBITED
The Hannibal Police Department would like to remind the public it is against city ordinance and state law to operate side by sides on the roadways and on public property. There has been an increasing amount of complaints of the operation of side by sides traveling inside the city limits. Side by sides are not designed to be driven on public roads and pose a serious danger to the general public and the riders themselves. Side by sides can damage the land which they travel on as well. Those found violating the law are subject to enforcement action by law enforcement.
