On Sunday, January 10th, at approximately 8:32p.m. Officers with the Hannibal Police Department were called to the 100 block of O’Fallon for a firearms call. Officers located a 29 year old Hannibal man with an apparent gunshot wound. The male was transported by ambulance for medical treatment. Lacy L. Wilson, 23 of Hannibal, was taken into custody. Wilson was taken to the Marion County Jail pending formal charges.
On Monday the Circuit Court of Marion County issued a warrant for Wilson. Wilson was charged with Second Degree Domestic Assault and Unlawful Use of a Weapon While Intoxicated. Her bond was set at $25,000.00 cash or surety. Wilson remains in the Marion County Jail.
