Officers of the Hannibal Police Department (HPD) conducted ten (10) on site alcohol sale compliance checks at local convenience stores and restaurants Friday (September 07) evening in a continued effort to reduce the availability of alcoholic beverages to minors. Of the ten (10) businesses checked, three (3) were cited for non-compliance. The businesses found non-compliant Friday were as follows:
- Pizza Hut 4839 McMasters
- Kroger 200 Huck Finn Shopping Center
- Abel’s 804 Mark Twain Av.
The following businesses were found to be in compliance:
- Badger Cheese Haus 204 Bird St
- Wal-Mart 3650 Stardust
- Walgreens 455 S. Hwy 61
- Casey’s 3827 Hwy MM
- Pick A Dilly 3906 McMasters
- Pick A Dilly 2610 St Mary’s
- BP 624 Mark Twain Ave
