Due to the inclement weather the Hannibal Police Department is requesting all unnecessary traffic stay off of the roadways. The roads in Hannibal are extremely slick and dangerous. Clear roadways allow the Street Department to keep our roads clear in a safe manner. The Police Department will only be responding to emergency calls until the roads become more passable.
