Upon further investigation the Hannibal Police Department has received what is believed to be additional victims of the previously reported property damage. As of February 14th the police department has been contacted by 29 potential victims of property damage.  It is believed now the incidents of damage extends back to October 2018.  This is an ongoing investigation and if there is anyone who hasn’t previously reported similar damage, from the time period stated, please contact the Hannibal Police Department for a report.

***ORIGINAL RELEASE***

Two 16 year old juveniles were taken into custody Tuesday, February 12th, in reference to 14 cases of property damage to vehicles. The damage ranged from busted windshields to numerous tires being slashed. The dates of reports range from January 1, 2019 to February 11, 2019 and occurred in the areas of Grace St, Magnolia, Virginia, Fulton Ave and Union St. The two 16 yr old juveniles were taken into custody with cooperation from their family members and released to the custody of the 10th Circuit Juvenile Officer. A 3rd suspect (13 yr old male) is also being sought for his involvement in the property damage. If there is anyone who hasn’t previously reported similar damage, from the time period stated, please contact the Hannibal Police Department for a report.
